Glad I found these
I am glad I found these; I have been trying to get a pure good quality vitamin for my family. After having covid, my brain focus has been horrible, I was happy to find something that gets the vitamins, minerals and add the focus all in one! Also the smell bad so I know they are good, but again my smell is off lol.

Be aware if you're on a blood thinner
Only giving 4 stars because of my own error: I'm on a blood thinner and cannot take Vitamin K. Just had dental work and I bled for 12 hrs straight. Should have bought a 50-plus multi. Next time. Perhaps they can put a warning on the label about Vitamin K.

I think it really helps
As I'm getting older, I find I can't come up with answers as quickly as I did. I started lookig for a "brain" pill. Searching through the list for a 5Star rating, I only found a few. Decided to try the Zahler Brainfood. I've been taking it for a week now and it appears I am able to concentrate better and am back to thinking faster. I also like the idea of having general vitamins in the pill, too.

Love these!
I would say not every multivitamin is the same. I have been through several including Natures Sunshine which has a lot of magnesium in it. If you are sensitive to magnesium and it puts you to sleep, definitely watch for the amount that they put in the bottles. Whatever is in this bottle, healed my bruises within a day. I bruise easily and I'm just amazed.

COUNT YOUR CAPSULES
I just opened a bottle and counted the capsules (3x). There were 59 capsules not 60 as advertised. I hope that this a one off thing, but who knows.

They are definitely better than the multivitamins I was getting from my local store. I was taking ollies multivitamins and a separate brainfood supplement for the last year and really questioned what I was really getting out of them. With zahler I like that I can have in one dose.
