Very pleased with this product, an exact replacement for the originalQuite easy to fit after watching a few YouTube videos. Important to tie off support arms first and I needed to remove the roller end bracket to allow the removal and reinstall to the roller.Took about 40 minutes for 2 able adults.

Easy to fit if you are handy with basic tools. Plenty of videos on line. Looks like it should do the job. Excellent value. Delivered quickly.

The awning replacement gets 5 stars. It’s the best possible replacement for quality and value. It looks beautiful.I reduced a star for several attempts to get fitting instructions from the supplier. The video on YouTube could be better, too — although I don't think this was made by the supplier. It took two men almost two hours to remove the nasty old frayed awning and fit the super new one. Not that easy — and I certainly couldn't have done it by myself.

The product is excellent, much nicer colours than in the image. This is worthy of the 5* rating.Now on to the negatives! We ordered 2 of these items & I was home all day. I had no idea that they were to be delivered by UPS & ironically I saw the van driving into my close. A few hours later one of my neighbours delivered the packages to me after they had been left at his house! This is infuriating because our door number was clear to see on the packages & also it’s clear to see on 2 different places on the front of our property!The tracking states that it was delivered to me, by name or left in my porch-the neighbour doesn’t have a porch!Fortunately for us our neighbours are good honest people & realised they had been delivered to them in error.This is by no means an Amazon issue but there is no option for me to respond to the usual ‘how was delivery’

Wish I'd done this much sooner! We put up with a mouldy and stained awning for the last few years and had got to the point where we no longer used the awning at all as it was so tatty. I was going to buy a complete new system, which isn't too expensive. But then I thought of the hassle of taking down the old one and putting up a new one and, much more importantly, I had no idea what I was going to do with the old one once I had changed it!I'm so please I went for this replacement cover instead. It was much easier to remove the old fabric than I had thought it might be. Having given the frame a good clean (all the green/black mould just washed off quite easily), it was just as easy to slip in this new cover.One thing the listing doesn't make clear - it DOES come with the valance, so very pleased again.One thing to note though is that it does not come with the piping (plastic tube) that slides in to a pocket along the edge of the awning - this is what then slides in to the channel on the frame to attach it. I nearly threw it away with my old cover. Fortunately, I managed to fish it out of the rubbish and easily take it out so I could re-use it in the new cover.

Not the easiest fit as in between to walls had to take it down to do it. But once of the wall wasent to bad,Needed 2 people to do it as it was 3.5 meters long, and heavy but im im my 70s and brother-in-law nearly 70 so managed without to much trouble. Took a couple of hours all in. Sliding the old one out no problem sliding the rods into the new one catches on the seems but is soon overcome the same with sliding it into the rail. All in all worth buying and doing yourself, looks great.

The product is absolutely brilliant great quality and looks good to, but with it being a replacement cover because our frame was in good condition there was no instructions, that was the only fault, so in the end I paid a visit to you tube and did it in less than an hour, fantastic value for money, would buy again

Well made, whether it will fade remains to be seen, but sizing is spot on. A great replacement awning
