It's doing something, that's certain!
I started using this product a couple months ago, and while I have not achieved the goal I originally started taking it for, I have noticed quite a few other positive changes. I've seen noticeable hair growth and increase strength in my nails, as well as more energy and better quality sleep, when I do get it. I'm hoping these changes continue and new ones come along as well. In terms of actually taking the product, I am not a pill popper and have a pretty strong gag reflex. Despite these pills being on the larger side, the coating makes them as easy as possible to take, they just slide on down. I'll update my review and add another star if all benefits I am taking this for are realized. But so far, so good....I'm happy with the results achieved so far. We'll see!

Hard to find soy free and non-GMO vitamins. Healthy Origins gives us product free of "fillers" with a high dose of mg. Good product. PJF
