Small size. Perfect for fine straight hair.
It fits perfectly, I have very fine, straight hair. Making a nice chignon is very difficult with my hair, it just slips out. So I use a miniture donut to make a bun, and this hair clip fits exactly over it and stays in place. Great for adding a Chinese hair stick! Tayyab's Mom

Luv, luv, luv, luv it!
When I ordered this, I was hesitant. I have long, thick wavy hair and wasn't sure it could hold my hair. What a GREAT surprise! It fit perfectly. It takes me about 30 seconds to twist my hair into a bun and cover it with this beautiful clip. It looks great and STAYS PUT! The pin that holds it in place is strong and nothing moves. Before, I got this clip, it would take me 10-15 minutes to make a bun. I had to use a silicon rubber band, a hairnet, and a ton of hairpins and bobby pins to hold it in place. I'm so pleased with the quality, comfort, beauty, and ease of use of this product, and will be purchasing a few more of different colors!

This is a very small bun cage...
It works for me but it does not add any glamore. I bought the "flat gray" color to blend with my SIlver Grey hair so I am not surprised. This Bun Cage works ok for my baby fine hair (not even to my shoulders) but it squishes even my very small bun down so much it makes look even smaller. It does work well to help keep my hair out of my face, and out of the cooking, which is why I bought it in the first place. If you have even a tad thicker, or longer, hair you may want to look for a larger size (just saying). I seems sturdy enough but time will tell.
