I know you can buy flaxseed oil and just take it in a tablespoon but that would make me sick. These capsules work great and I only use 2 or 4 a day instead of the recommended 6. I Always use Solgar if available for any supplement because of their great quality.

Great Product!
I have been pleased with all of the Solgar products I've tried, and the flaxseed oil is no exception. I have been using it for sixteen years since I switched to a vegetarian diet and wanted a replacement for cod liver oil. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an omega 3 supplement. Solgar is a brand I trust and I am impressed with the high level of quality at a reasonable price. Even the packaging of their products is superior to most other brands.

Organic vitamin and made in glass container not plastic
Have purchased Solgar products for many years and very satisfied. Produced in US and in glass not plastic which is not recycled. Use flaxseed oil capsules for cholesterol levels. Rec.
