Hi, thanks for reaching out. The wrap is machine washable. Cold water with like colors, no bleach. It can be also washed by hand, if needed.

Your add says "one size fits most". What does that mean to me? I have upcoming knee surgery.

Unless you have very large knees, it should work. The velcro allows for different size knees to use this.
