Terrible service
Worst experience ever. MEGAMARKETPLUS has incredibly poor service. I did not receive my item after waiting neary 7 days. MEGAMARKETPLUS blamed Fedex saying that they gave MEGAMARKETPLUS an incorrect tracking number but it was MEGAMARKETPLUS's oversight. They just apologized saying "We have refunded your money. You can buy the product again. The policy we applied was made as far as the transactions allowed by Amazon." Well - First of all, I did not receive the product so they should refund the money of course. They do not accept providing any compensation for the time I spent to follow up with Fedex and Amazon customer service. Please do not buy the products from this company. The service is terrible.

Alkaline Water
The water is good but opening the bottle, which is a plastic bottle with a plastic lid, is very hard. The weigh of the box is a hard to navigate, but was very sturdy. The water is very good and I like alkaline bottled water.
