Arrived defective and seller won’t refund or exchange until I pay the postage to have it shipped back. Will never trust Conair again! Not worth it Minimal steam comes out if at all Threw it out

Tried the nasal component for the first time last night for a full 15 minutes. I'm hooked. After seeing how easy it is to use, she is looking forward to using the facial steamer.

i recommend this. it is smaller than the older model I had but works the same. I draped a towel over my head to concentrate the steam on my face, dont get your face too close as you could burn skin, this plumped up my dry skin and was able to exfoliate some of the dirt in my pores. be careful you dont tip it as you could get burned from the hot water. it heats up faster if you put a hand towel over it.
