I love it. If I have to open it I have to destroy it rendering it useless. So there is real incentive for me not to open it unless a real emergency. Also, the slit is too narrow to allow removal of the money. Another benefit is that I can't see inside, so the emotional impact of seeing so much cash and not spending it is eliminated. I keep a simple card showing my contributions and the growing balance to keep track of my progress. Overall, its helping me reach some financial goals and genuinely adding stability to my life, along with reduced stress since I know I can cover emergency expenses with this dedicated fund.

So far I like this bank, the only way to get the money out is to break the whole bank open, I like that because then no one can get into it and it helps to save money. The only thing I would change is to add money envelopes and a fine tip marker with the bank. With the one that I bought I got a fine tip permanent marker to write on it so that my family could put down how much they put in the bank and then add their initials next to the amount they put in so when it’s time to break the bank for our cruise we all can see how much one another put in the bank

This was a very nice purchase. The piggy bank box is made of pure metal that is painted with black on the outside. The metal is actually not too thick or thin. It is not easily able to be broken though; I have dropped it many times and nothing has punctured the thin metal or ruptured it. Additionally, the only way to put money inside or even access the inside is through a slit on the side of it. Some coins can fit through and all dollars can fit through. It’s pretty straight forward you put money inside and wait. The thing that sets this “piggy bank” apart from the others is that the design is so modern and bland that it won’t pull attention and that you can put it into your office without worrying about it being rummaged through. You will know if someone tries to break it because of how it is designed, there is literally no way to get all the money out without breaking it open. Personally I really enjoy the fact that this is a break to open safe because of how bad I am at saving and being responsible with my money. This forces you to be responsible because you can’t access the money unless you break it (realistically who is going to break open a $30 dollar safe for a few bucks when they can just wait till it’s full and get the full use out of it??). I love this because it acts as a safe and a piggy bank. Also this thing catches fingerprints really easy, which can be a bad thing or a good thing 😉. I would recommend this for teenagers and young adults who need to save. I also would recommend this for anyone working a job where they get a lot of cash and coins.

I was so excited about the first one I bought, that I bought like 6 more as gifts. ! No way to get $ out , which means you will actually be SAVING $ the slot is just thick enough to slip in bills. ❤️❤️❤️
