Packaged safely to prevent damage and arrived on time. Installation was a breeze! 6 screws to mount 3 clips and the shade snaps into place after that - I'd say it took me less than 5 minutes. Installed in a 60" kitchen window. Color was spot on and the size was perfect! Definitely great for privacy as it blocks everything from the opposite side and the raising and lowering of the shade is so very simple and stays in place when you release it. Very happy with my purchase! Going to order a replacement due to the great price, value and ease of install.

Love the blinds and amazing customer service! Installed 3 of the blinds in my kitchen and they are all functioning very well to block out light, let in some light or all light. When I had an issue with one of the blinds, customer service solved my issue immediately which was extremely helpful. Pros: The blinds are lightweight yet feel high quality. The blinds were super easy to install within 5-10 min and feel like they would last a long time. Customer service was also amazing and very helpful. They look great and function very well. My place faces the south so I get a lot of light in the afternoon but these blinds have solved the issue without taking away too much sun for my plants. Because nothing is perfect, some minor complaints of the blinds are, because these are zebra rollers, the bottom handle bar does make some squeaking sounds when you let down or pull up the shades as the shades roll with the bar. If you install two next to each other, the gaps between the blinds won’t necessarily match up when you pull them down to the same level (refer to last pic). Considering all the pros and cons, I would still recommend these blinds as the pros outweigh the cons!

I found the sizing description very confusing. I decided to order the 40" size. Here's what I got.... The outer most measurement of the brackets is 39.5" wide. Meaning if you have a 40" niche that the shade has to fit in, there would be .25" left to space on each side of the brackets. The shade fabric itself turned out to be 38.5" wide. I intend to install this shade above my window frame. I was wanting the shade fabric itself to be wider. I will have to see if this is going to work or not. Might have to return. I'm trying to block out the light. I will have curtains too, so it might work. I just wanted to warn people what they will get so that they will order what they actually need, Update.... I decided to keep the size I ordered. The shade is very nice quality. Fabric on both sides. They are not like the old style of roller shades where you give them a tug and they violently spring upwards. They raise in a slow steady pace all the way to the top. If you want the shade to cover the upper half part of the window then you need to wait for the shade to go all the way to the top and then bring it back down to where you want it. They do block the light but it does peek out on the sides. But I have curtains for this problem. Also I had a little bit of an issue with installing. I found them to be hard to snap into the wall brackets. I found that you have to squeeze the part that snaps into the bracket and push pretty hard. If I had had a taller ladder I would have had more leverage to do so, but I don't have a lot of upper body strength and working above my head was challenging. I was able to do it though. I installed two shades and I suppose there was a learning curve. The second one was easier. Also I was screwing into wood and I needed to find some shorter screws than what they gave me for this purpose. But I definitely would order these shades again.

Same quality as ~ three years ago. Solid construction and no chemical odor. I'm finally getting around to replacing the other old roller shades. The original ones I purchased are still working well with no UV degradation.

We skipped blinds in our home to keep it bright and open and not hide our views, but we do have curtains for privacy and movie days. The kitchen window directly glares on our TV making it nearly unusable during certain times of the day. We wanted a blind to block the light when needed, but also wanted it to not be noticeable when it wasn’t being used so it wouldn’t distract from the kitchen view. This one fits the window well and is minimal and not overly noticeable. The string can slide to the side so it’s unseen when not in use. Meets our need. The downside is it’s a little wrinkly and I worry about ripping it when I’m pulling it down. When it’s pulled down, there’s an angle at the bottom so it’s not pulling straight. We can usually sit it on the window seal so it isn’t noticeable, but I’m concerned about longevity since it is appearing to pull crooked thus far. It really blocks the light though. Obviously there’s expected gaps on the side because we went with an inside the frame mount (measure outside if you want to block more light), but it’s basically black out where the curtain is. The TV is much more usable when it’s in use. The install was a tiny challenge because once it is in, it’s hard to pop it back out. My husband put it in backwards from how I wanted it to roll. I wanted it to pull down closer to the window, pulling away from the window allowed a little more light in. We had to gently use a flat head screwdriver to pop it back out and adjust it.
