Dolphin Nautilus CC Robotic Pool Vacuum Cleaner up to 33 FT - Easy Transport Bundle with Caddy

The first one we received wasn’t working properly and I can’t help but wonder if the negative reviews had the same problems we had. The vacuum wouldn’t move much and eventually stopped moving all together. I pursued a refund and was told to contact the manufacturer first for trouble shooting. I’m very glad I did because their customer service was outstanding. After a very short description of my problem I was told sounds like you have a bad unit out of the box. She sent me an email with return info and just as she said they mailed me a new unit when fed-ex scan in my return. The new one came and it works great. It picks up everything climbs the walls and hits the water line just as described. I’m very pleased with this product and the customer service I received.

Have had for a year now. Cleans good. Am impressed with the way it climbs the walls & how thorough it is. Not the easiest to clean out. Reason I only gave it a 4 star is that the left track routinely falls off & has to be put back on.

Easy to use, efficient machine!!

Because our first Nautilus worked well for a long time we didn’t hesitate with this purchase. It has been a hassle and an expensive disappointment. The line stays horribly tangled, which means the vacuum is useless since it won’t climb/move properly and seems to pick up nearly nothing leaving our pool perpetually dirty. My husband has made multiple attempts to reach the company to address this problem. On the one occasion he was able to reach someone - after a very long (30+ minute) hold time - the solution offered (stretch the thin line in the sun) was as useless as the vacuum itself. After spending hundreds of dollars and lots of time trying to make a new product function properly, we basically have nothing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

This pool vacuum is awesome! It climbs walls and everything! We previously had a rechargeable pool vacuum that worked ok, only lasted us 2 seasons so we decided to upgrade to the dolphin! Our pool looks amazing! It picks up all kinds of stuff, small sand and dirt to bigger things like leaves and bugs. Having to plug it in is sort of a pain, but we never have to worry about it being charged! It is a little heavy to pull out of the pool when the filter basket needs to be cleaned, but honestly it’s well worth it for a clean pool! We love it, highly recommend!

Easy to use

Im very impressed with this robot. We had a pipe break at the skimmer which was allowing sand into the pool. The robot picked up all the sand off the bottom, and the pool is spotless.

Prodotto non idoneo per piscine interrate, praticamente non si riesce a recuperarlo dall'acqua almeno che non venga recuperato tirando il cavo.

The Robo worked good on flat surface but was suppose to climb walls and steps and it did not do that at all! caddy was never delivered . company is trying to work with us but we have very limited time. We would suggest for big items try to find a store near you. The Company is trying very hard to accommodate us!
