I add a few drops to our diaper oil spray (I hate diaper cream on my hands every two hours so we use CJ's). Prevents any rash issues. If we forget to use the spray and a rash appears, we just use the dropper and apply a couple of drops where needed. It clears up within a day. Washes easily out of cloth diapers. The smell is nutty. I hate it, but it's neem oil and all neem oil smells this way. So I can't rate the smell anymore than you can rate an apple pie for smelling like apples.

The smell is reminds me of Worcester sauce but it's a great natural remedy for insects. Pour a Tbsp and dilute with water in spray bottle. I spray it all around my front porch and garage where most insects try to come in from the heat. Haven't had any Wolf spiders or ants for 2 months counting.
