How do you store the beads and sand after the first use? Do you have to soak the beads each time?

When playtime is done for the day, you can rinse the water beads with water in a strainer. Sensory sand can be spread out on a pan and air dried to its original texture. Wash accessories with warm soapy water. Allow all components to completely air dry prior to putting them away. When not in use, keep the lid of the bin closed. Wash hands before and after play to keep the materials clean.

Where can I buy more space rocks?

They're aquarium rocks, so any pet store or pet aisle in the grocery stores.

I bought it for my 2.5 year old and he loves it. I think a 7 year old might not be as into it though.
