The Daphnia were all alive and moving vigorously. Packaged very well and came with a pipet to aerate. Plenty of specimen for my entire class to observe in teams of two. Estimated delivery was 10 days, but it came in two. Great service and great product.

They arrived extremely quickly, literally two days after I ordered them, they are very healthy and there was only 5-10ish dead out of somewhere around 40-50 including the babies. A loss of 5 is quite a bit lower than I expected. They're all currently chilling in my green water tank, been a full 24 hours and they are Thriving. Though the box could've used a heating/cooling pack, but the weather has been nice recently so that may be why. 15/10 would buy from them again again. 🌟

The Daphnia arrived in clean water, and all individuals looked healthy and active. Within just a day or two, I already saw baby Daphnia being born, which shows how well-conditioned they were. I’ve been feeding them powdered Chlorella, and they’re eating it very well. Definitely worth the price—excellent quality culture!

For the price you definitely get little like around 30 ish adult daphnia full size so a bit pricey. But seems pretty good day one and i already have couple babies swimming around. I went with this seller cause review said 2 day shipping, and they were right was about 2 days. Packaging was good too. Planning on culturing and left in aged green water from my aquarium so they are eating that. Overall pretty good, i would order again from this seller, also daphnia are pretty fun to watch swim around.

These Daphnia cultures ship much faster than advertised, my first one arrived several days ahead of schedule. Unfortunately the first one happened to arrive on one of the hottest days we have had this summer with temps in the 90's F and even though it had been shipped well packaged with an ice pack, the culture must have gotten overheated and did not do well, many DOA and most died off over the next 24-48 hours despite careful acclimation to a new habitat. I contacted the seller through Amazon and they promptly got back to me and shipped a replacement culture, again with an ice pack. So far the replacement culture is doing great, with only one or two specimens having died off. I definitely would recommend purchasing from Carolina Biological Supply.

I got these little fellas for a half-gallon nano-aquarium. They arrived safe and are happily swimming about their new home.

This is the second time buying these guys. The first time I dumped them all into my pea puffer tank, needless to say they made quick work of them. This time I have a separate tank, hoping to keep these guys reproducing for constant live food. But they are super fun to watch as they twitch through the water. All arrived alive and very active. Highly recommend these guys!

Only a few arrived live and 2 days later,they all died.
