For normal areas planted olive oil like Mediterranean harvest 22 is not yet only you can buy olive oil 21 about this kind it’s good but not excellent

To oilala:  why don't you offer a tin 3l container? no one wants plastic bag even if it keeps out more air! people buying 3l will use it fast enough.

Hi, Thank you for reaching out. The bag in box is fully recyclable, and retains the flavor of the oil perfectly. It is food grade and safe. If anything oil in tins- if left there too long- can pick up a metallic taste, which is one of the official defects in extra virgin olive oil. The dispenser on the box is cleaner, neater and way less of a hassle, then tipping over a 3 liter can. While Oilala was one of the first to bring forth this great product, many major olive oil producers are starting to jump on the bag in box bandwagon. As for length of use every person is different. While some may purchase this box because they use oil often and will finish it within a couple of months, others are looking for a discount and may only consume it after 6 months, therefore requiring no oxygen should come in contact with the oil. Why is the polyphenol content apparently no longer on the box?
