Very effective, and easy to handle

Works well
Rats eat it well mainly taking the bags back to their nest. It does work but have to keep putting it out until its left. I was getting through a full packet a day but now the small packets last a few days so getting there. Hopefully rats are dieing in there nest as only found one dead but not seen many running about either or sat eating a sandwich in the bin.

Effective...
Used in my loft in conjunction with traps. The mice were eradicated totally within a week, a little pricey but easy to use. My only critisism would be that the sachets are too big for mice(ideal for a rat problem) and a sachet half the size and double the amount of sachets would be better for mice as you are advised to not open the sachets, so only 4stars.

No messy house, does not smell, can the sachets are small enough to place at bait stations.

Jury still out if this is effective or not
It probably works for some people but didn't work for me. Mice completely ignored it so I wouldn't buy again.
