Vitamins Women's Complete Daily Gummy - 120 Count

I was very surprised to get this in and look at all the vitamins it has in it. I have definitely grown to like the gummy form of vitamin taking. It does make it easier to swallow. Smells great and you get a good size for the value, 120 gummies. The serving size is 6 gummies, but wow they are incredibly sweet. Like too sweet. At 6g of sugar a serving, it’s 1g of sugar a gummy, which is only 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, so per serving that’s a tablespoon of sugar. That can add up quick. Not sure about hair growth yet, as I am also taking a different supplement for hair growth. I am hoping this will help with balancing my nutrition as I’m in a region of the US where we don’t get as much sun in the winter months as it also gets cold here and have to cover up and can effect the amount I am getting naturally. Has everything a woman needs for daily nutrition, however to prevent hypervitaminosis as I take other supplements, I am only going to take 3 instead of 6. Should last me 40 days that way. Overall great product so far.

These vitamins are delicious and not bitter. I definitely notice a difference taking them during cold and flu season because I don't get sick. Just the reason my family and I all take Smarty Pants!

They need to specify that the serving is 6 gummies a day. Also please make your package readable without magnification. Ridiculous how small the writing is on this product. I want to read things before I take them. Gummies have a nice taste have a lot of vitamins in one product.

Wanted hair, skin and nail vitamins to help with regrowing after chemo. I lost all my very long, very thick hair after 1 treatment. I waited 3 months between first and second. Started Smarty Pants midway. After about 8 weeks I started noticing more hair. It's easy to measure even the slightest growth when you start with virtually none. Also I found myself cutting my nails every ten days. Note: I wear my nails at a modest length, never long. My eye brows and eyelashes regrew, quite thick to my surprise. Second chemo, its all gone again. Except facial. Who knows? This time, however, my hair started showing regrowth in 1 month rather than 2. Third chemo had my scalp hair getting thick, some length also. That was 10 days ago so I'm probably looking at square 1 but I'm convinced Smarty Pants vitamins are the reason I'm showing such excellent regrowth much more quickly. Gummies are easier to take. I eat them 1 at a time like a snack while watching t.v. Check out what's in them and what's NOT in them. All my doctors stress vitamins as a integral part of recovery. My choice is Smarty Pants.
