I’ve purchased this here a dozen times and highly recommend to anyone looking for a good supplement that’s easy to take with or without food, gentle on the stomach, and keeps you regular. I have struggled with constipation leading to infections like diverticulitis for years and this has helped me keep my flareups at bay and stay regular. I usually take this with a probiotic as well, but if I had to choose one or the other on a trip, I would choose this over a probiotic. It helps digest your food, which comes in clutch on holidays, and helps your body absorb other supplements as well as medications. Also, if you take any meds that make you constipated, you will need these with all your meals to stay ahead of it and keep you regular. Proper gut health is key to optimal health overall and I can’t recommend this product enough!

I could not make it through a day without these enzymes. My oncologist suggested that I start using a high quality enzyme and probiotic. I was looking for a 2 in one just to make it easier to remember each day. I have more food allergies and sensitivites than you can imagine and this little pill is such a blessing for me. It doesn't affect my allergies but for the foods that I just couldn't digest, salad, yogurt, coffee, etc, this makes such a difference you can't even imagine. I carry them with me everywhere and take one before every meal and sometimes 2 if it's something like a large salad. I take one before my morning coffee and no longer feel bloated and irritable after eating. My oncologist did approve of this supplement so I feel comfortable suggesting it to others but do remember to run things by your doctor if you're having any treatments just to be sure nothing will interact. I really should get a commission on this stuff as everyone in my family is now signed up to receive it through subscribe & save. I also give it to my children on occasion and feel completely safe doing so.

This enzyme/probiotic works better for me than any others I've tried. It helps the bloating and swelling from my intestines go down and stay down. It helps prevent certain pain I get after eating some foods and it helps them digest easier. It isn't 100% effective but it is definitely a game changer.
