This machine is AMAZING! It was honestly something I’ve been wanting for a while and I’m so glad I invested in it. It saves me money and energy. It’s super easy to use and offers hot and cold water which is my favorite part! Very happy with this machine:)

Easy installation and now we have cold water.

bigger than I expected but smaller than a typical hot/cold bottle unit filters look to be a bit pricey...time will tell need a 3/8ths for the fitting to install..? like a dish washer or fridge water tap quick recovery... taste is clear ...which is a huge plus on the hot side especially

This Brio water filter is a great addition to your office breakroom or in your kitchen. Our home water has always had a peculiar taste to it; the water is clean but just not quite right. This 2-stage, bottleless water filter is awesome. We sat it beside the refrigerator and had a plumber tap a water line off of the water line to the ice maker. We don't have to mess with those 5-gallon water jugs any longer! In addition to filtering the water, this Brio filter has an ultraviolet disinfecting stage that disinfects the water. Then the water enters the containments filer and then carbon filter. The result is water far cleaner and more fresh than anything that a typical 'under sink' filter could ever deliver. The filter can deliver water at room temperature, chilled, or hot water. We have not yet replaced the filters yet, but it is recommended you replace the filters every three to six months. This will depend on how much you use it and also the amount of sediment and particulates in your water. If you use it often or if your water has more lime and minerals, you should plan to replace the filters every three months.

I bought mine in June and the hot and cold water will stop working. Don’t waste your money.

This rio 400 Series Self-Cleaning UV Bottleless Water Cooler Dispenser is an excellent value for the money and provides ice cold filtered water that tastes amazing. I am glad to have found this trusted brand on Amazon for such an affordable price-point. I really like having a botteless system and not have to worry about constantly swapping out heavy bottles and storing empty ones. Installation was very easy and only took about 30 minutes to be hooked up to water and up and running. It is also easy to wipe down and clean. A great machine and I highly recommend it.

The product arrived with the tab broken off that's supposed to keep the bottom cabinet door from opening and closing. It also looks like it was somewhat used because there were water mark stains around the dispensing area. I just used tape to keep the door from opening because I can't exactly super glue the broken tab to stay put. It didn't affect how the water dispenses overall and it flows fine when using all the temperatures.
