You can use this with many poses - I use it several ways for vertebral stretching. Very glad that it feels super strong so I don’t feel it may let loose when I’m upside down.

I thought they stopped making this fabric in the 80s. Didnt even open the package. The material is so low quality i would be heistant to apply any weight at all. Just more junk on Amazon. 🤷‍♀️

This is SMALL.  The instructions show it being used by a CHILD.The fabric hammock is appx 40x48 inches.  The material is slightly stretchy.  Wife is 5'3" and it's "big enough" for the stretching exercises she does.Keep looking if you want one that is adult sized.  There is a larger version of this that claims to be 60x67 inches.

Third day of having this, the adjusters came loose & there’s no way to put them back on. After 3 months, where this connects ripped & my 9 user old rolled out. Very unhappy with the quality of this & thankful we had a mattress under this to protect her falling.

This is a great product for the cost. I hung it on an inversion bar that was already installed in my doorway. Perfect for small adults like me. Only five three. I’m pretty heavy though and this is very sturdy and holds my weight with no problem. Did a you tube yoga swing work out this morning and it worked fine. Just doesn’t have the handles but the strap has openings and you can grab there. Made my back feel great today!
