This product did help to eliminate a fungal infection I had on one toe. You do have to follow the instructions exactly and it does take 4 to 6 weeks to see improvement.

Upon reading all the literature on Kerasl it should be understood that continuous usage of Kerasal can or may make fungus infected toenails appear more healthy. It does not and cannot kill the fungus. I committed to a 15 minute soaking of my toenails, (morning and night), in a amber colored antiseptic mouthwash then an application of Kerasal. After one week my toenails looknails appear notably more healthy. Prior to my treatment schedule, I first abraided the thick nail surfaces with a deburring power tool, (maybe overkill) however I wanted to remove as much of the dead nail as possible to allow the antiseptic liquid to penetrate to the nail bed. I will continue this treatment schedule for several weeks. I do believe the regular application of almost any salve, vapor ointment or mouthwash will make the toenails "kook more healthy". This is essentially all the Kerasal solution will do for you.

Excellent product! Some doctors recommended laser treatment to eliminate the fungus, but it was too expensive. So, I decided to try this topical solution. The first month was tough to see results, as the nail wasn't growing at its usual speed. However, by the second month, it started growing normally and looked great! I've had the fungus for two years, covering almost half of the nail, but it's almost gone now (I trim the nail once a week) I apply it almost daily, without any other products. 100% recommended. It's worth a try! I think two months more and it will be gone. 5/5 stars

Helps but doesn’t clear it up completely

This product work amazingly, as long as you’re consistent. My nail was darkened, damaged and pinched and I cut part of my nail to allow for better saturation underneath the nail. It actually detached and a new healthier nails is forming. Only con: I wish my bottle was a bit fuller. Of course they have to make from for the applicator, but it should at least be 75-80 percent of the way full.
