Will this weighted vest work for someone with a large chest (D cup or larger)?

Yes! The Hyper Vest FIT is specifically designed for women with larger bust sizes. Unlike standard vests, there are NO WEIGHTS OVER YOUR CHEST, so you won't experience the flattening, pressure, or discomfort common with other weighted vests.

Why do people walk with a weighted vest?

Walking with added weight makes it a weight-bearing activity — your body works against more load with every step. It's the most accessible way to add resistance to something you're already doing.

What's the minimum and maximum weight I can use?

Minimum: You can use as few containers as you want, starting at 1 lb (two containers). Maximum: The vest holds up to 10 lbs (twenty containers). Most women use 6-10 lbs for daily walking, for bone health stimulation .

Can I wear this if I have a bad knee or hip?

Yes, but start conservatively. The added weight increases load on your joints, so if your knees or hips are sensitive, begin with only 2-4 lbs and increase very gradually (1 lb every 2-3 weeks). Walk on flat, even surfaces initially.

I'm 62 and just starting out. How should I start using this?

Here's a safe progression: Start with 4-6 lbs during your regular walks. Wear it for 20-30 minutes initially, 3-4 times per week. After 2 weeks, increase to 30-45 minutes. After 4 weeks, add 1-2 lbs. Work up to 8-10 lbs over 2-3 months.
