This has been a godsend for my grandparents! Cranberry helps tremendously with urinary tract infections, and this is the easiest way to get it into their diets. Capsules are much easier than having to chug the juice (being less sugar as well) and much easier than making them eat a lot of the fruit itself. They're in their 90s, and their appetites have shrunk, so this is really the best alternative.
