can these wall mounts be screwed to the outside of the house?

We Had one outside are kitchen window attached to the board.

Will this work with Arlo 3 cameras?

I have an Arlo. these mounts were not good at all. Do not have a magnet strong enough to hold the cameras. It was a waste of my money. They are still sitting in the box. The one that came with my Arlo was so strong and is wonderful. Do not buy.

Can these be mounted with and adhesive back instead of screws

Id say try that, probably OK cameras not that heavy, Id use the heavy duty 2-way tape, or I guess you might be thinking construction adhesive, bet a good clear silicone caulk even maybe. Good luck
