Factory replacement
This is the third replacement I have purchased from Amazon for this vehicle - first two were from aftermarket suppliers made in China. The first did not work when received and was returned. The second, from a different supplier, worked for about 6 months then shorted out causing brake light fuse to blow - this is not fun with this vehicle as the car locks in park when the fuse is blown. This factory replacement is very pricey but worth the cost as long as it will last - we'll see. All units were purchased from Amazon.

Perfect fit for 2013 CR-B
The light assembly kit arrived about 4 days before the estimated arrival. I was able to put this onto my 2013 Honda CR-V without issues. It fits perfectly and is working as expected for now.

Direct replacement, no modification required
This part is pricey for what you get, but I did not want to take a chance on a part that might not be 100% compatible. Installation was straightforward but I did notice that the plastic lens seems very brittle and there was a small chip on one end. It was barely noticeable and does not affect function in any way, so I don't care about it. If I ever need another one, I will buy this again because of the 100% compatibility.

Works well, I am not a mechanic, took me under 30 minutes to install. Fits well to my Honda CRV 2012.

Overall, I am satisfied with the product, i just cannot believe such a price for a piece pf plastic. Still much cheaper than the dealer.
