My dog is 65lbs. I started giving him 2 per day. Reducing to 1 a day after 12 days

Our Glucosamine Chondroitin soft chews for dogs are made in USA (manufactured in CA) and are 100% sourced from domestic ingredients.

Is there a dosing guide on the package? The ingredient label are based on 2 chews. So how much would you give a 15 pound dog?

Yes there is an exact dosing guide on the package. For the dog up to 15 pounds we suggest 1/2 soft chew per day (it is easy to split the soft chew) for the first 4-6 weeks and then 1 soft chew every other day.
