I added Life Extension SUPER CARNOSINE 500 mg to my regimine 2 months ago hoping to curtail the growth of early cataracts in both eyes. I take 2 capsules each morning. I have noted an improvement in my eyesite. I was not able to read small print on labels and such without reading glasses AT ALL. Now I can read the smallest print, not with perfect vision, but I can certainly see it and make out what it says. Night vision has improved slightly as well. An added benefit I've been noticing is that my daily stress and food triggered HEART ARYTHMIA has all but stopped! I have been experiencing this since my 30s! I'm now into my 60s. I haven't felt the arythmia more than once every two weeks. I'm amazed! I will definitely continue with this wonderful product!
