Embrace the Yam! It's Skinny is a great brand, be creative! When you "get it", you'll love it.
Embrace the YAM! Carved into pasta and rice shapes. It's not floury pasta skinny pasta is light springy doesn't leave you feeling heavy. EASY to use . SOUPS: just drain rinse add directly to soup. To use pasta or rice/orzo in non soup dishes: drain, rinse, and -important-dry pan sautee a couple min to dry texture so it won't water down sauce. Then add sauce or add-ins. Be creative! dumping this on a plate won't cut it! Fried rice? sautee your add ins onions ginger, scramble eggs, frozen peas carrots ,mushrooms, cooked chk or beef, shrimp , add dried skinny orzo, chick bouillion powder, soy sauce toasted sesame oil, scallions. Voila! you saved 1000 calories. Your welcome. I come from a rice culture so I'm serious about rice. Tip: pan dry orzo and always add a little chicken bouillion powder (Powder not liquid) for taste and color or add some annato for color. Use your spices!!: Spanish rice: paprika cumin, diced gr/red peppers, be creative. *** Tip: to just cut some carbs and add fiber: add your drained rinsed orzo to your regular cooking rice. it blends beautifully. I like the spaghetti pan dried with peanut sauce , rice vinegar, soy and hot chile garlic, sesame oil. and some chicken and scallions. For pasta I like the fettucine well dried and thickened down pasta sauce - to avoid any runniness. Again: Always add chicken bouillon powder to dried noodles or orzo/rice for taste and color, the plain white color of shirataki is not appetizing to me. Anyway I love it with managed expectations : )) It's Skinny is my favorite! The orzo is my favorite- always in the house. its skinny is not fishy like some, good texture, 9.52 ounce bags 7 oz net better size . And have always found it to be good quality although I have tried many brands on Amazon. .

What happened to quality control?! **UPDATE**
Iโve ordered this product before and LOVED it! My current order (spaghetti) seems *off*. 4 out of the 6 packs, the noodles have the texture and look of dried ramen noodles. Cooking the DOES NOT help with the dry texture (decided to throw them out didnโt want to take a chance) The other 2 packs are normal (like what Iโve received before). Super disappointed! These are NOT cheap. Just money down the drain. Guess itโs time to try another Brand next time. EDIT: *UPDATE* The company reached out to me and offered a full refund. I have updated my review to 5 stars โญ๏ธ (for a couple reasons). 1) The company stands by their product! 2) The company cares about its customers (pretty rare these days)! 3) Their products really are fantastic. Iโm so glad whatever quality control issues they had have been resolved, because I love their noodles. I will definitely be reordering โIts Skinny Pastaโ!!

Like eating rubber-bands
This stuff has bad instructions and even worse taste and texture. Was hoping to find a nice healthy low cal pasta but this is not it. Itโs pretty expensive also at $23 for 6 small packs. The packages are filled with water and the pasta looks and feels soft in the package. But soon as you open it and drain it, itโs literally a rubber-band ball that does not separate. The instructions say add sauce and warm on stove or microwave for 2โ3 mins. It doesn't say how much sauce you need , let me tell you its basically an entire jar of sauce as this stuff has to saturated or its not separating they fail to mention this or even how much sauce to use. 2-3 ins is also not even close to get this cooked or separated this rubber-band ball would not untangle even after 5mins. when I finally had enough and decided to try it , no joke its like eating rubber-bands. Avoid at all costs, 99cent ramen noodles are better than this.

Who needs pasta!
Wonderful, healthy, low cal pasta substitute! I use it in a tomato sauce and it satisfies pasta urge, though there us no taste comparison.

A good diet substitute for pasta
If you accept that this is not pasta itโs great! The key is to rinse the pasta before you eat it. It doesnโt have much of a flavor but goes well with anything youโd normally use pasta for. The only thing is I have noticed that it does not get digested, which was alarming the first time I went to the bathroom. So be warned you will see the pasta just as it went in, in the toilet.

Best Iโve Tried Yet!
Iโve tried a few different kinds of low-cal noodles when dieting. Some have had a gross fishy smell, some have tasted bitter, and some have had too stiff and chewy a texture. Before these skinny noodles, the Healthy Noodle packs from Costco were the best Iโd found, but I found those to be barely good enough (and Costco doesnโt always carry them). These donโt smell fishy out of the package, they donโt taste like much of anything on their own (not bitter), and though they are tougher and chewier than regular pasta, itโs not too much so. Iโve only had them one way: cooked in a pan with vegetable broth and soy sauce. And thatโs been genuinely deliciousโnot just palatable. Another reviewer mentioned that thatโs probably the only good way to prepare them, and I can believe that. Thatโs probably the only way Iโll eat them. Theyโre a little more expensive than Iโd like, of course, but itโs worth it for when I want to drop some weight from time to time without starving myself of a base for vegetable dishes. Portion size is great, too. The bags seem a little small, but once you get the noodles out, and rinse and cook them, itโs a nice hefty serving. UPDATE: Iโve been eating these regularly now for several weeks, and I still love them. The main reason I wanted to update the review is because theyโre more versatile than I suggested in my original review. They are very good every way Iโve prepared them. Iโve had them with regular pasta sauce after microwaving the noodles, Iโve stir-fried them with vegetables and various sauces, Iโve added them to soupsโjust heating them up in the soup, and itโs all good. Texture is pretty much the same however you cook them.

Lately - Hit or Miss
Lately, it's been hit or miss with this product. At least 2 of the 6 packages in the box are no good. The noodles are hard and not edible. I've contacted Amazon twice about this issue. Thankfully, they credited me as this product is not cheap. However, when they're good they're a great sub for pasta. Love it.

Speghetti style
PERFECT in every way for my taste. I mean, it's easy to just drain and heat up slightly in a skillet to get remaining moisture out and then just pour over your hot pasta sauce and you've got a great tasting meal. The texture is darned close to regular spaghetti, no weird taste at all and it's a vessel for any sauces you choose to put on it. I've eaten this with my homemade chili for a 5-way and I've had it with Italian sauce and mushrooms and ground beef mixed in and both ways were amazingly delicious! The calories and carbs that I save are awesome for the healthy way I eat and my desire to watch my weight! It's worth the money!

Noodles are unedible
I have ordered these before and loved them. But this last box had some major issues, the noodles were not edible. I'm not certain what caused them to be dried out and hard, they were in the packets still. But they couldn't be eaten and it was past the return date. The lot number is 24121811, expiry, March 31, 2026. I purchased them in December, 2025.

Fills my cravings for pasta (even though isn't!) :)
Like others have said, its consistency is different than wheat pasta: chewier but anyone who has eaten konyaku noodles in other dishes should know this, in my opinion. I'm on a low-carb diet and these are a fine substitute for pasta for my occasional cravings.

Disappointed with Product Quality and Service
I ordered a box of 24 packs of konjac noodles, but 5 of them were not edible. Even though the noodles were supposed to be in water, they were completely dried out, rubbery, and stuck together in one solid block that would not come apart. I already sent a message to the seller, but I never received a reply. This was really disappointing. The product has potential, but the quality control and customer service need serious improvement.

Serving Size Matters
These are great for a low cal option, theyre quick to heat up and they dont taste bad if you rinse the fluids theyre packed in. One suggestion is not to eat too much at once, you see I decided that since its so low cal compared to actual pasta that I could be a bit of a glutton and treat myself to 2 packs at once...Mistake, my guts were messed up for a few days and it was some intense pains so be careful with how much you eat, otherwise theyre great
