I have a 10lb japanese chin. what size do you suggest. mahalo for your help!

I would say either a small or extra small

What size is best for a 25-30 pound beagle mix?

what size for a 5 month old corgie?

What is the black cape like piece for?

It is a cape. We didn't use it though. I had issues with the sizing. My dog is 24 lbs and smallish the med was too small and the large was too big. I think the first one (med), was really a small and just tagged wrong.

I have a 26 pound pug. Would a medium work or should I go up to a large?

I don't believe so, I have a 17 lb dog and it didn't fit him, they run very small
