yes it did help take a water bottle of frozen water and roll it back and forth at the end of the day as your reaxing  about 10 min I wear fitted orthothics  know and don't work any more I was seeing a chiropractor and was getting foot massages three times a week but if it is really bothersome see a good chiropractgor
