I work on fast food restaurant so my shifts are very fast paced hectic environment.. i took this product my first day.. didn't feel the energy rush but i noticed i wasnt tired by the end of my hectic shift.. i usually struggle to walk the stairs of my house when i get home from work super tired.. i wasnt tired at all.. didnt struggle either.. i liked the fact that it didn't made me tired and was able to perform on a very busy hectic fast paced environment.
