Price is high, but works great at my desk or when it’s time to take long drives. Really reduce back pain from 10 hour office days.

Great product , but the large one moved around a lot in my Jeep and it was too tall, ended up buying the smaller 1.5” one and it is wonderful, stock Jeep seats are not very comfortable.

This would be the perfect cushion had the handles for the cover been adjustable. It's super comfortable and does not get hot but it does not stay in place and I'm constantly having to readjust. The handles for the cover are way off and have no stretch. Because of the material of the cushion, it slides. The handles should definitely be Velcro straps. All office chairs are not the same.

Ironically the best use I found for this cushion is for when I'm lying in bed! I usually place this under my hips when I'm sleeping for extra support/comfort. I was diagnosed with sacroiliac joint arthritis and the pain would keep me up at night and still does at times.This cushion helps in bed the most, considering that its flat and harder for the item to slip around.I might have to take it out of its cover to see if this helps me while at my desk, since it slips around so much. It doesn't exactly help with support on my hip or coccyx, but, it does help with sharp pains I get when I'm simply sitting. I think my only other complaint for this item, is that it is hard to travel with and a little on the heavy side for on-the-go sitting.For the help with my sleep alone, it was worth every penny. But, for my desk? Its alright. I'll check in after I try this item without its cover to see if it slides around as badly.I have a herniated disc in my upper lumbar; do not recommend for laying as the pressure is awkwardly applied and makes it painful.Good for:Sharp arthritis pains, Long-term laying down, lower-back support while sleeping, home/office use.Not so good for:Travel, joint/coccyx support, herniated discs/injuries, using with the cover on certain chairs. (?)Added: It sits a little 'hot'/'warm' And if it is out of its case, it doesn't 'hold-up' very well and feels lumpy at best.Better than a regular old pillow, but still? For something 100+ dollars in price, I'd expect a cushion cover that better holds the product in place on _all_ chairs and styles of chair. Save your money, get the 'mock-cushion' that's blue and 30 bucks to start to see if you like the overall idea first. I'm certainly not satisfied 100% and hope they fix their cushion-cover so that it actually holds the product in place.

I have used this cushion for several years. I can't imagine going on a long road trip without it. I just wish it were a little bigger.
