These work really well if you have enough food in the fryer. I was fixing tator tots and only had a few. The weight was not enough to keep the liner in place. It was pulled up into the fan and caught on fire. Fire shot out the back of the fryer and made a mess on my back splash that will not clean off. Had I not been in the kitchen when it happened, there could have been a disaster. I threw away the liners I had left and will not use another liner again. That is if my fryer still works. It may have burned it up and now I'm afraid to use it.

Great for stopping food sticking - I think the non-stick surface will wear off eventually. With bought products that already have a certain amount of oil like frozen chips, it does absorb some of the oil.

These are great for protecting the basket and catching food particles but it is so light, which means if you don’t have much food or it’s not a heavy item the air can easily lift the paper into the heat element and start a little spark/fire - so be really careful.
