FAR Better Than I Thought!
I thought this would be just another Spandex-type wrap-around with an additional slot to use as a holster... I was wrong! This does wrap around, secured with Velcro, like a Spandex wrap, but the quality is far better than just a plain brace wrap. The holster is integrated into the belt with a very positive snap closure. The magazine pouch is adjustable with a new form of Velcro I have never seen (It sticks anywhere on the wrap, but doesn't have the Velcro feel to it). I have sub-compact handguns up to full size, military-issue (all steel) handguns. I tried them all in this holster. EVERY pistol I have, from my tiny .22 Derringer to my Browning Hi-Power and Tokarev military surplus pistols, fit into the holster, nice and snug (I don't know how they did that). The magazine pouch holds my single-stack Tokarev magazines or even a 13 round double-stack (I can fit two Tokarev single stack or one double-stack Hi-Power mag in the pouch). The mag pouch has a Velcro strap to adjust for thickness or length of the magazine and holds them in snug, but not too tight where it is tough to pull out. I turned the magazine pouch upside down when carrying one mag for easier swapping of magazines (old habit)... even with a fully-loaded 9mm, 13 round steel magazine, the inverted carry is secure. The strap holds it snug, releases with a tug on the strap and the mag still holds until I pull it out (I wouldn't say it is equal to a competition plastic/polymer mag holder, but this is for concealed carry, not competition). Regardless of which pistol I choose to conceal carry, or where I need to have the rig on my body, the belt allows me to pull it up to my armpits or around my thigh (IF I wore a skirt... I don't, but I tried to see if it would work, it does). Whether it is up under my armpits or around my waist, even with a Tokarev or 1911 or the Hi-Power, this does not print - the good thing about the holster design is the snap strap holding the pistol in the holster - It can be positioned to positively lock your pistol regardless of the shape of the handgun. I can confidently carry in "Condition One" with the 1911 or Tokarevs. The strap can be placed between the hammer and firing pin with a round in the chamber, safety on and hammer cocked. Regardless the size of pistol, that holster strap holds the weapon in place. I totally recommend this "Belly Band" holster for anyone who is lawfully carrying concealed. I have custom leather twin shoulder holsters for my Hi-Powers and my Tokarevs that cost over $200 each. In order to use them, I have to dress a specific manner to have them be accessible. This Belly Band holster puts my twin rigs to shame, being able to be used as an underarm shoulder rig or a belly rig (appendix carry, belly carry, anywhere and any position on your torso). The band is comfortable and does not pinch or scratch. For discreet conceal carry, this product is ideal for one-pistol carry without having to wear a baggy jacket to keep from printing. I wore a plain T-shirt to a dentist visit and the dentist/assistants never noticed I was armed. It's a great band/holster. Recommend 100%

Not a bad holster
I bought this belly holster in order to carry my Beretta 92 FS. I was not expecting too much for the ComfortTac belly band holster, as it looked no different than the back support belts that the VA issues us military veterans with bad backs. Anyhow, I got my product today. I opened it up, read the instructions, and pried the velcro open. I was sort of dissapointed because I am a big fella, and I feel that they could of added a few couple of more inches to how wide the belt is. I think that at the moment, the belly belt is only like 4 inches wide. The length was great for my 44 inch waist, and I think I still have like a spare 10 inches of belt left. Tucking the extra piece of belt is not a problem, as the belt overlaps over the excess piece, and it is comfortably secured with velcro. Putting it on and off was awesome. Plain and simple, on and off. Next came putting the spare magazine pouch that it came with the test. Out of five stars, I rate the extra mag pouch a 2. The reason being is that for a 15 round mag, I had to really muscle the elastic strap to an extreme point and secure it with the snaps it comes with. At one point, I really was afraid of pulling it too hard, because the material that the velcro part sits on is the neoprene part, and that part is really soft. But thankfully it didn't tear and I was able to secure the snap in place. I'll leave it secured for a few days, and see if that gives the elastic strap some room to stretch, and then easily be able to secure the snap properly. Finally came the moment of truth, securing my pistol to the belly band holster. I'll start out that the Beretta 92 FS, or perhaps any other pistol with a similar size barrel, is too heavy for the belly band holster to allow one to carry the pistol at the front position. I found that the loaded pistol would flap forward and bulge out from my lose shirt. Because of the weight too, and the smoothness of the neoprene material, I noticed too that on the front position the entire belt would just slide down the belly, and stay right about the navel region. After trying a few other positions, I liked the (Right) hip positioning of the pistol. Interestingly enough, on the hip position the pistol does not seem to bulge out too much., plus it allows one to sit comfortably on a chair and not have to fidget around to readjust anything. Even as I sit here on my computer desk, I don't feel uncomfortable at all with the belt on, three magazines (one in the pistol, one mag next to the pistol compartment, and one on the extra mag pouch that they gave me). I have to say, it is definitely more comfortable than the Sam Brown belt style I had, and best of all, I don't have to have any extra belt keepers and crap around. Plus this belly belt is very soft and light too. I'll have to see how long this material lasts, but so far, I am enjoying the belly belt, and I will be using it daily. If I can get one year's use out of it, I'll be happy.

this is the best system I've tried so far
Although I've only been carrying for 2 years, this is the best system I've tried so far. I bought this for my girlfriend and she loves it as well, however I've been using it myself as my primary method of carry since I first received it and practiced with it at the range. It is comfortable, versatile, and easy to conceal. It seems to me that it fits virtually all sized handguns. I've carried both a subcompact Sig P938 and a full-sized Sig P226. Both pistols fit snugly in the elastic holster and stay secure, even without the security strap (without the strap, just ensure that your waist band is tight). Perhaps the greatest thing about this belly band holster, as well as most of them I'm sure, is how versatile they are! Not only can you carry most pistols with a single system, but you can also position your carry piece however you want. When I'm in a T-shirt, I carry with the band a little higher and more centered for concealment. When I'm in a tuck-in shirt, I carry a little lower and further right. When I'm running, I pull it up high and position the pistol under my elbow. And this are only a few options that you have. Only a couple minor advisements, and these are just to be nit-picky and keep the manufacturer on their toes: - Although you can position the pistol wherever you want, there is no way to cant the pistol in order to make gripping the pistol easier in more awkward positions, or move the grip to help with concealment. This is not an important feature for most pistols, but because I carry a full-sized pistol, this is a reason I am considering trying out the Cross Breed Modular Belly band. - The magazine holder on this belly band, is okay for smaller double stack magazines, however for longer magazines it is too shallow, and not tight enough to securely hold single stacks (in my humble opinion). For this reason, I have continued to my place my spare mag in a Remora/Sticky magazine holder in my back pocket. I have also tried placing the Remora mag holder in between the overlap in the belly band, which works well until you try to bend over, ouch. Like I said, this is the best system I've owned so far. Give it a try!

Awesome holster. One of my favorites.
I've been having mine since 2019 and it's still holding up. It's got a small tear just from usual wear and tear, but it's still fully functional and comfortable as this is my EDC holster. I have the HK VP40 as my EDC and this holster carrys it for hours on end no problem as it's not a small firearm. I even use this holster when I go on jogs with my weapon and it doesn't slip down. I carry appendix and it conceals my weapon very well as you can adjust how high or low it sits on the waist. I also don't use the elastic strap to hold the firearm in place as I don't want it to slow down my draw and I've never had any issues with the weapon being pushed out of the holster through hikes, runs, car rides, etc. Just a very solid holster at a very good price. If the quality hasn't changed since then, I highly recommend this holster. I'm about to place an order for a replacement very soon.

Belly Band review
As a member of the law enforcement community, I am constantly looking for something that will aid in concealment (especially when off-duty) and purchase products that appear to be able to aid in this concealment. In the case of the Belly Band holster, it definitely has some pros and cons. I have only used this with a Sig P229 for size reference. Pros One size and is versatile Wore it on a run in just a t-shirt and shorts. It held in place very well with the pistol and did not print. (This was not the case when wearing regular clothes as mentioned in the cons) For activities like running, the "mag pouch" is perfect for placing cards and IDs. You can move it up and down your torso and rotate it around to find the most desirable placement. Does not add much weight and is fairly comfortable Cons The "mag pouch" was nearly useless for actually holding mags. Tried having one and two mags in it and they both were squeezed out with just regular movement and bending over. The positions you can have it in get very limited with normal movement and if carrying bags (such as a backpack). I found myself moving it around to adjust it more than I would have liked. I do not like the clip for the restraining strap. I am sure with some practice I could become quick with deployment, but freeing the firearm will either take 2 hands or you'll have to pull the tab with your shooting hand and then move your hand into position to draw. I'd prefer something that can break away as the hand comes to the grip (a true thumb break). I know there are many points were it is stated that many remove this strap all together, but I wouldn't trust the retention of the material alone without it.

Finally Found a Holster That Works for Extended Carry
After trying numerous holster options over the years, this ComfortTac belly band has become my daily carry solution. The elastic construction provides excellent retention for my Shield while remaining comfortable enough for 12+ hour wear periods. The adjustable design accommodates different body types and clothing styles effectively. What impressed me most is the concealment capability. Under a regular t-shirt or business casual attire, it's completely invisible while providing secure firearm retention. The wide band distributes weight evenly, eliminating the pressure points and printing issues I experienced with traditional IWB holsters. The versatility to position the firearm at different locations around the waistband is invaluable for different clothing and activity situations. The build quality is excellent with reinforced stitching and durable elastic that maintains its shape after months of regular use. The holster pocket provides proper trigger guard coverage and retention without being so tight that drawing becomes difficult. The additional pockets accommodate spare magazines and other EDC items without creating bulk. Comfort during extended wear has been exceptional. The breathable fabric prevents excessive sweating, and the wide band design doesn't dig in or create uncomfortable pressure points during sitting or movement. I can wear this all day at work or during physical activities without constant readjustment. The universal sizing works well for various firearm models as advertised. Drawing and reholstering are smooth and consistent, which is critical for both safety and practical use. Highly recommend for anyone seeking effective concealed carry with superior comfort - this holster delivers professional-grade performance.

Buy this, ladies! Be safe!
I am a bigger girl and I have a hard time concealing my glock 43. (I know, you're like, "but how?) I found this as I was browsing the other night and thought I'd try it. I received it today and I tried it on and it fits so incredibly perfectly, I am blown away. It is very high quality! As most people know, concealing a weapon on our person as women is hard, seems as though all the leather holsters and whatnot are just simply made for men. This, on the other hand, is more comfortable than I ever imagined and the extra magazine slot makes it even better! I jumped up and down, twisted my hips quickly and the band (and my glock 43) stayed entirely in place. My boyfriend was concerned about it only having elastic to hold it in place with the slide clasp to go over the back side, but I seriously love it. He always says to me however I am most comfortable carrying is how I should, and this one will be my every day holster. I have an inside the waistband holster and a leg holster too, for any occasions where this one might not work, which honestly all I can think off is for when I wear a dress. When it says "up to 48 inches" I measured right at 44 and I can tighten or loosen it easily, which is another huge plus. I honestly can't say anything bad about this holster, when I saw it said, "one size fits all" I thought I'd surely fall out of that frame, but I didn't, and I adore it! I no longer have to worry about my pants falling down from my inside the waistband holster, because this baby stays in place! And I don't even like the idea of a "purse holster" because the time it would take to draw your weapon could mean life or death... This is a lifesaver! Definitely recommend!
