This Kewlioo sauna shirt has become one of my favorite workout accessories. It fits comfortably while creating noticeable heat retention during cardio, strength training, and outdoor workouts. Within minutes of putting it on, I was sweating significantly more than usual, making my workouts feel even more productive. The material is durable, flexible, and doesn’t restrict movement, so I can wear it during everything from lifting weights to walking or high-intensity interval training. Great product that works very well. The material inside the shirt adheres to the skin to warm your core. So it’ll cling to the skin, making it seem hard to remove after you’ve been sweating. I’m normally a size large. I ordered 2XL and it fits me fine. So definitely order a size or 2 up. If you like compression, order 1 size up. If you like looser, order 2 sizes up. I don’t see this being a good product for folks that are over 250lbs though. You need to be a bit more flexible to remove the shirt without stressing the material which could potentially rip with too much force. Overall, I love it and it works very well for me. Thanks.

Wearing this product will cause you to sweat period. Getting the right size was a little tricky but the seller has an excellent return policy. I was wearing 2XL shirts at the time so I ordered the same size product. I was able to squeeze into it but it was very tight and difficult to breathe. I returned it and ordered a 4XL believing it would be too large but it actually fit comfortably. Somewhere between 25 and 30 days of use, I had to order a size 3XL for the same comfort level. It’s close to 3 months in total now but I’m ready for a 2XL product. I can no longer fit 2XL shirts, I’m wearing L with room. Great value for the money!

My husband loves this! He lost 2 lbs after wearing it for a run. It also looks really nice on him not like the trash bags one and it helps lose weight! The shirt is a thick material so it’s easy to wash. My husband said that the shirt is comfortable and he says after you wear it for a while you start sweating without noticing. It’s worked well for him so I think i’m going to buy the women’s version to test it out. But it’s been helping a lot with his weight loss journey.

Bought the 3 pack cause I really don’t feel like washing the same shirt to get in the sauna. Haven’t actually tried them in the sauna yet to give a functional review, but the sizing is as everyone described. Inconsistent at best, one shirt fits tight, one fits just kind of slim, the other is baggy. All tried on within seconds of each other. If you don’t mind them all not fitting the same these are for you. If you want consistency, this is not the brand for you.

These shirts are fantastic. It does what it claims. I sweat so much from it. The price is perfect. I bought him similar products that do the same thing and they do not mount to the quality of this shirt. Definitely worth the money.

I ordered this sauna shirt in a 4X, expecting it to fit comfortably for workouts, but what showed up was nowhere near the size it claimed to be. The tag says 4X, yet the fit is closer to a 1X at best. I could barely get it past my shoulders, and once I did, it felt like trying to squeeze into a wetsuit made for someone half my size. There’s compression, and then there’s simply being unwearable, and this one falls hard into the second category. I normally fit a 4X and KNOW what a 4X should be like. The material itself actually seems decent, thick and smooth on the inside with a stretch that should have made it comfortable if the sizing were even remotely accurate. The zipper looks solid, and the overall construction gives the impression of a quality item, which makes the sizing issue even more frustrating. You can tell it’s designed to make you sweat and trap heat effectively, but none of that matters if you can’t move your arms or zip it up without feeling like you’re about to rip the seams. I double-checked the label and the packaging to make sure they hadn’t sent the wrong size, but everything matched the order. That makes me think the entire line runs extremely small. If a 4X fits this tight, there’s really no chance someone who wears a smaller size could find their correct fit without guessing several sizes up. It’s disappointing because I wanted to like this one. The idea is great, and I’ve used similar gear before that worked really well, but this one misses the mark completely. If you’re planning to order, be ready for a serious size shock. I’d say go up at least two or three sizes, assuming they even make that many options, or skip it altogether if you’re looking for a realistic fit. There’s no point in a sauna shirt that turns into a struggle just to get on, and that’s exactly what this feels like. I wanted something to help elevate my workouts, but instead I ended up with something that barely fits over my chest. Definitely a one-star experience from start to finish.

Shirts are nice. Two of three are defect. Returlable doesn’t work.

I’m usually a medium in tops I would recommend get XXL if you are a medium overall good would be happy with it if it was a bigger size.

I bought the Small T Shirt and when waiting, I read the reviews to size up and thought it would be too small. When it arrived, I was surprised to find it was too big. I looked the size guide online and, as I have a 29” waist, it would be big. I went to return it but couldn’t find an equivalent available online which would have fitted. So, I wore it under a compression top and it worked well. I’m disappointed that I couldn’t get it in the correct size but workaround was very effective.
