This is the best way to wash a bed-bound person's hair. When paired with a small camping shower head it’s all the better. Do yourself a favor and invest in this one.

The hose isn't connected but is a separate piece that slides onto a piece attached to the basin. It kept slipping off and leaked water everywhere. Huge clean up and my poor Mom was soaked and cold. I've used this type of basin before, but the hose was attached to the basin and did not come off. Will return this badly designed product. I am sorry I bought it.
