Wise Woman Herbals Herbal Zen: Botanical Blend, Mood & Relaxation, 2oz

I've been suffering for months from anxiety-related heart palpitations, the most troublesome of many annoying physical symptoms... I've tried many different remedies to no avail. I take two pumps of this in the morning and two pumps before bed - and the palpitations are almost 100% gone! These drops make me a bit tired, so I don't recommend taking during the day if you can help it. However, they're very gentle on the system. For me, consistency has been key! Thank you, Wise Woman Herbals!

This was recommended to me for sleep. Difficulty sleeping for years. No trouble getting to sleep but cannot stay asleep. This works well but I have found with time it is less effective. I still wake up but tend to be able to go back to sleep easier. Nice the dose can be repeated and I find that very helpful. Have not tried it during the day for anxiety.

my little girl ( almost 9) had a hard time to go to bed lately. She was scared to go to bed and have bad dreams. My naturopath told me to give her some kalmerite. It worked perfectly. She sleeps like a baby.

I like this product because it is natural and when I use it, it is very relaxing and sleep comes so easily and so natural. When I wake up in the morning, I feel alert and wide awake and not drugged out. I would recommend this productto everyone. Whenever I take it, it gives me a feeling of well-being and there isn't even a need to take a nap in theafternoon.

I just ordered a third bottle of Wise Woman Herbals' Kalmerite Glycerite Compound. (Wish they were still offering the 4 fl oz bottle.) Two different naturopaths have recommended this product to me, and a third has highly recommended Wise Woman Herbals products in general. This definitely helps me with sleep problems without leaving any morning-after grogginess.

Natural sleep aid. Works for me.

This was suggested by a doctor to help with my son's anxiety. I used a dropper full in a bottle of water and within a short time, my son was much calmer. It didn't make him groggy or sleepy, just cut the edge.

My naturopath suggested this to me. I was debating getting a CBD (because I usually go to dispo to help with my anxiety/sleeping issues but that gets expensive & a lot to go do when you don’t feel the best) … I wanted something natural and something that would maybe help me feel better in the future, rather than being dependent on CBD/maryj. (Which of course I’ll always love her) but I say it’s a product everyone should try. I’m 23 and deal with extreme anxiety and now social anxiety too. I get shakey, nausea, gagging, loss of appetite, migraines, cold sweats, all the above. So this is kinda just a nice thing to have and know you have something natural and healthy to put in your body, helps set your mind to a good spot. Great to add into a daily routine. Plus reading the ingredients just makes you feel good! Like yesss the more natural herbs the better we are.. truly. I’m sure all of us researching for this know that. I use this and also sometimes take hydroxyzine, to calm me and help me sleep. (It’s a non addictive, “close to Xanax” but not.. prescription.) I would definitely recommend speaking to your doc/naturopath about that as well, great for panic attacks. Believe me. But does make some people a bit groggy in morning. But everything’s worth a shot to feel better. Overall, highly recommend just trying. My naturopath sells it to me for $25 - Bit cheaper than the options on here. Ps… of course it doesn’t taste amazing, but if you mix 1-2 droppers in a hot tea at night (or day) or even a small oz of water (I usually take mine in a 4oz water kinda shot like so it’s quick and all goes down fast. Love it in a hot tea though, relaxing!!) I’d also recommend trying it during the day on your day off just to see how it makes you feel :) I know some get super sleepy, but me: my anxiety is so high it usually just levels me out.WORTH A TRY, sending all my love & good energy to you all<3
