AmaZing product to use changed my life comfortable too where has it been my whole life

Very disappointing purchase. It stopped working after only 10 minutes. A red light appeared, it beeped, and then turned off completely. It seems there is an issue with the battery. I tried recharging it, but it does not appear to be charging at all. I am very disappointed because during the short time it worked, it actually seemed to help reduce my period pain.

The item was received in not working condition. By the time I needed to use it, the return window was closed. Waste of money.

Die Kombination aus Wärme und den elektrischen Impulsen (Vibrationen) hilft wirklich sehr der schmerzhaften Verkrampfung während der Periode entgegen zu wirken. Das Pad ist vor allem unterwegs oder während der Arbeit sehr viel praktischer und diskreter als eine Wärmflasche, dafür ist die warme Fläche nur sehr punktuell. Es ist wirklich super unauffällig unter fast jeder Kleidung zu tragen, man sieht und hört nichts, nur das Einstellen piepst leider. Die Akkulaufzeit ist meist ausreichend, man muss aber wissen, dass man es, mit ca. 2h Akkulaufzeit, nach fast jeder Anwendung aufladen muss. Für die Tens-Funktion kann man die Stärke einstellen, für die Wärme leider nicht, manchmal wird es mir fast etwas zu heiß. Die Klebepads decke ich immer wieder mit den Plastikfolien ab und so halten sie immer noch super (halbes Jahr bis jetzt). Insgesamt ein gutes, nicht ganz perfektes Produkt, das große Erleichterung für den Alltag bringt und ich jeder Person mit Unterleibsschmerzen, die mit viel weniger Schmerzmittel gut auskommen möchte, wärmstens empfehlen kann! Da es für mich wirklich ein Gamechanger ist, gibt es trotz der kleinen Mängel 5 Sterne.

Best product for cramps

I would really recommend this product. I have been struggling with abdominal pains and cramps for months now due to possible endometriosis. There is little I have been able to do about it, and have been bed-bound due to the level of pain. I took a risk with buying this because I was happy to look for anything that might help. This has been a great product for me. When it is on, the vibrations work to distract the body from the other pain that is occuring, and massively reduce the cramps/pain that is occuring. I will say that it is only a short term solution - when the device is off, the pain comes back fairly quickly; however I would say it is worth it for me to find something that can reduce almost incessant pain. The heat setting is great, and warms to a really nice temperature - pretty similar to the heat pillow or hot water bottles that I use. Because of the silicon build, the product moulds to your body and is discrete and out of the way. I can lay on my side or sit down with it staying on. I will say that I wish it lasted for slightly longer without needing to recharge (about 2 hours), however it only takes 2 hours to recharge, so you can cycle it out with other products like a wheat pillow. It is also extremely to use and cycle through the settings. There is an updated version of this product (the EM55) also available on amazon, however it is more expensive, and I cannot see any reason why it would be better or worth the upcharge. This product is really good, and I definitely think it is worth the money. One word of warning - my understanding is that TENS affects everyone differently, and may not work for everyone. When you buy the product, please keep that in mind.
