HI ,

Intra can be taken any time when convenient with or without food. Minimum 1 - 2 oz  or 30 to 60 ml  or 1 to 2 Tablespoons  day .

For Athletes or those with  Active Lifestyles:   In order to support your active lifestyles :
Standard Level of Activity per week:   3 days with 30 minutes a day continuous activity - take  1 to 2 Fluid ozes (30 to 60 ml)per day
Moderate Level of Activity per week :  3 to 5 days a week with 30 minutes a day  continuous activity - take 3 to 4 fluid ozes.
High Level of Activity per week :  5 or more days a week - take 5 to 6 fluid ozes

However, If you feel you needed more to boost your energy or immune system .. there is no over dosage effect reported.
