Is there a 19mm size nose?

There are noses, but the backings do not fit all of the pieces. Id shop another brand.

Are these eyes and noses suited to replace a lost one on an existing fully assembled plush animal?

Need to be inserted from inside or the back of piece your are working on. The “lock” is placed inside so open up a small part so you can put the eye/nose in and be able to lock in place.

Do I need a tool to insert these eyes?

Dear customer, you don't need tools, the steps to install the eyes are very simple, you put in the spacer first, then align the eyes with the spacer, press it lightly and it's fixed
