A forewarning regarding this product — It works! I have been using Smooth Move for months now, as I used the find that this brand worked effectively when I purchased it from Whole Foods years ago, but the Smooth Move that I’ve purchased on Amazon has been a great disappointment. No matter how many teabags I use per day, I get zero effect! THIS brand, however, is dangerously effective. The first day I used it, I ingested two teabags, thinking that the efficacy was comparable to Smooth Move. I was mistaken! My constipation was alleviated (too much so) by that evening! Lesson learned. The only strange thing I’ll mention is that these little teabags don’t come with any string. Not a huge deal but the only reason I could speculate was that it was more cost effective to nix the string? I’m not sure. That would seem kind of ridiculous to me.

Brews up just like a cup of herbal tea. No funky taste. I've used senna products before and for me they are extremely effective and getting things to move along usually the next morning. A good alternative to softeners or fiber laxatives.

The product is great the shipping was bad it was shipped in a bag and the product got all crushed over half of the tea bags were crushed open unusable.

Love this stuff. Always good to keep on hand. I do find that I have to get used to it though. If I don’t have it a few nights in a row, and I just drink it once for the first time in a while, it does upset my stomach a little, but it does its job.

In my opinion, this works better taste 100 times better than smooth move tea. I took some the night before and some in the morning, and worked like a charm with no cramps - great to have one hand while traveling or on chemo or pain meds….
