Pilot Kakuno Fountain Pen, White/Turquoise Barrel, Fine Nib (90124)

Japanese made nib is of fine quality. The fountain pen writes very smoothly. I purchased it to use as a sketching pen, as I can buy a number of them in varying nib sizes. Great price for the quality and would buy again.

I am giving 5 stars in good faith. My daughter needed it as a gift for her classmate her friend liked it. So not to sure about performance and never checked it back.

I love it. I've long wanted a reliable fountain pen. I've bought plenty of fountain pens over the years, but they all fail me at some point, and usually much too soon. A friend gifted me this pen, and I loved it immediately. So I bought another. It writes reliably and easily. The grip is nice in the hand. The ink doesn't goop and glop. The only thing I'd change is the instruction on loading the ink barrel -- you want the pointy, thinner end at the top and the fatter, wider end toward the nib. Really a great pen. I could see writing with these smooth operators exclusively.

Ergo pen. Great nib. Thoughtfully the pen included an ink cartridge. I began writing well immediately with the enclosed instructions. Great packaging also. My seller is great.

I inserted the ink cartridge and off I went! The nib is a medium and has a tad bit of feedback from the paper, but it does write really well. No complaints!
