It’s a revolutionary solution to sublimate your designs with a rigid and hard finish but and the same time bring you a flexible touch. Subli-Technic is specially design for sublimation on jeans clothes, jackets, bags and thick fabrics. The ideal material for the best on sublimation industry. Tissue sheet fabric that allow the sublimation on thick or coarse clothes. It’s ideal if you are looking for a heavy and rigid finish. White color, excellent finish and high definition image with a little texture touch. Build with a special heat adhesive layer. Works in every cloth that doesn’t have waterproof . Also works on jean clothes, white and dark cloths. Have excellent adherence and docking. Breathable fabric and water repellence. Good washing fastness and durability. Presentations: Letter/A4 (21cm x 29cm) (8.5’’x11’’inch) Pack x 20Units and Tabloid/A3 (29cm x 43cm) (11’’x17’’inch). Instructions Put the cotton cloth on the heat press machine. We recommended to iron the cloth before on the heat press machine 5 seconds aprox. Put the Subli-Technic sheet with the rough side down over the cotton cloth. Print the design (mirror print) on sublimation paper. Put the printed sublimation paper over the Subli-technic sheet. Close the heat press machine and set heat, timing and pressure. We recommend 180-190 centigrades and 45-60 seconds aprox and 60psi. (These parameters can vary depending of the machine) Open the machine and take off the sublimation paper with careful. You finished.You already have you cotton cloth sublimated. We recommended make preliminary tests of the product to calibrate the sublimation machine. We recommended to make some test before the final production.
