Kindly be aware of my recent experience with Amazon. I have been dealing with repeated payment issues for several days and have spoken to customer service agents by phone multiple times. Unfortunately, I have received different answers each time, and my issue is still not properly resolved. I have also been unable to speak directly with the billing team despite requesting this. Not the same as the original — seems tampered
I’ve used the Natural Coco 12 shade from the Faces Canada website and really liked it. But the one I received from Amazon seems a bit off. It has a joint line on the lipstick, almost like it was broken and fixed, and the shade looks darker than the original. Not sure if it’s due to storage issues or something else, but it didn’t meet my expectations.

Perfect Shade but not Long Lasting
I loved the shade. It is a good matte smooth texture. However the lipstick easily smudges off.
