This product is amazing! We have a whole-home filtration system and it works great. We live in Louisiana and the only way I cam describe the water quality is that it tastes, looks, and smells like Louisiana. These filters take that all away. They last about 4-5 months but we have a 4.5 bathrooms and two kitchens, so we use a tons of water so the filters get used up faster. But we don't lose any pressure through the house. The filters are super easy to change. Takes about 10 minutes. Best part: we had a weird winter freeze and the the rack burst and was unusable. The entire system costs $600 for a new one. But we called iSpring and they were absolutely helpful. Sent us a brand new bracket for free! Great product, great water, and great service. 100% recommend.

I originally bought the WGB32B-PB System back in 2020. It took me a while to finally install it, once I found a plumber I could trust. The system has worked great, and the water taste great. In February 2023 I noticed a pin hole leak in one of the canisters. It wasn't at a seam or where it's connected, it was in the body of the canister. I contacted customer support at their main office in Georgia and Michelle was very nice and easy to work with. She immediately said she would send a replacement canister at no charge. The canister came within a week and I was able to put it on and the leak was fixed. In May 2023 I had the exact same thing happen with another canister. I once again contacted customer support in Georgia and this time spoke with someone else. He looked up my information and saw that Michelle had helped back in February. This time they sent me three new heavy duty canisters to replace the ones in my system. There were no questions asked or arguing about who might be at fault. They simply replaced the part and then some. Wonderful customer service.

We have this on “subscribe and save” to replace our in-house Water Filtration system every six months!! Very easy to install these high quality filters. They seal great. Keeps our water tasting fresh and clean!!

I’ve been using this system for a while now, and it has been fantastic. The quality of the filters and the ease of installation are top-notch. Recently, I needed to replace the FG25B-KS filter, and Sean from the support team was incredibly helpful. He guided me through the process, answered all my questions, and ensured the replacement was shipped out promptly. The performance of the system is excellent, and the water quality has noticeably improved. Installing the new filter was straightforward—placing it in the center and repositioning the CTO carbon block was a breeze thanks to Sean’s clear instruction

Our main problem with our water was it was very "dirty". When filling a glass or pot with water from the tap the coloring was tan, sometimes brown. We installed this product and never had an issue with the coloring again. At times, the water pressure will drop which is an indicator that the filters need to be replaced. For us, that occurs around every 6 months. Recently, it happened after only 2 months. I reached out to customer service and they immediately offered to send me three new filters and helped answer all my questions. Dealing with Nick in their Customer Service Department was a great experience.
