It's a fun little harmonica. Both blowing and drawing work and you get the entire octave of C Major. Nice, loud and clear tone. It may take some practice to purse your lips to the small holes, but as it's the worlds smallest playable harmonica that's hardly something I can fault. I'm also quite impressed with the build quality, it has a plastic comb between two metal plates screwed together, and the reeds sound like brass, but that's just my ear.

I genuinely was so shocked this works as well as it does, it makes a decently clean and loud sound and works very well as just a funny gag thing here and there. I keep mine on my school lanyard, and it's... not exactly too useful in any way that matters. But it's fun and cheap, and gave my philosophy teacher a laugh so I'd say its well worth it :D. Excellent, great fun and they actually work.

This is really good pocket size harmonica. The sound quality exceeded my expectation for such a small instrument. It's good quality as well. My son is a big fan.
