ProForm Carbon T7 Smart Treadmill

I love this treadmill! I’ve had it for about a month now and couldn’t be happy with it. I love the ifit program it has where it changes the settings for you doing workout but I love how you can also just use manual mode! It was a task putting it together after it was delivered and very heavy but works wonderfully!

Product arrived on-time and the delivery men were excellent with delivering to my basement. I I assembled the same day with my son. it's heavy, so be patient. Take the time and download the app and follow the video. much easier to follow. it will take 4hrs. have a socket wrench set handy. Once assembled, I booted up and followed the advice of other post here and bypassed iFit setup. there are free videos that are nice, but I noticed a ton of other paid for content,that I may opt to subscribe to during the winter months. I have 84" ceilings in the basement. I'm 5"11 at 235lbs and i was comfortably able to run at 5% incline on the treadmill. Deck width is length is adequate for walks, jogs or runs, but I would not do sprints on this. Bluetooth, HR and Display is why I bought this and it did not disappoint. Paired with my older bose HR Bluetooth headphones and both audio and heart rate monitor worked flawless. Not sure on longevity, and durability. only time will tell. hope this helps!

Great basic treadmill however, the belt came a bit warped which is disappointing for a brand new product. :(

I have had this since the end of April. I have spent hours on the phone with them. They are now sending a tech, but in talking with them today the company is aware of the problems with this treadmill. I was informed that since I have already changed out the board it will probably continue to have this problem. It stops all of a sudden or speeds up so fast you are thrown off of it. Frankly we are afraid to use it. I was thrown off of it the other day and hurt my wrist. Personally I don't really care to spend a thousand dollars on something that you can't use. Had I known I would have bought a different brand. Do not waste your money.

Unit works well. Support leg came bent so I had to shim it to stay even and not rock.

First, can't move it between rooms because it's too wide. Second, You HAVE to subscribe to Ifit at astronomical cost to fully use the treadmill. There are no programmed workouts at all. It connects through wifi to the ifit app. Disgusted. I finally paid for a year with a special offer, but I shouldn't have to. Also there is no way to connect your music to the speakers on this either not even through BT. I am so disappointed in this purchase. Also, parts were warped and didn't quite fit together smoothly. Yes you have to assemble it.

Great treadmill. Amazon was super fast with shipping (two days compared to weeks with competitors) and setup wasn’t too hard. It took about two hours to get it up and running. I love the integration of the iFit programming. Would recommend!

Overall, I like the treadmill and think I will be happy with it in the long run. Shipping was good, well packaged, and arrived earlier than expected. My only real complaint is that its hard to get support if you need it. I tried to contact support several times and still have not received a response 10 days later (aside from the autoresponder confirmation that my request was received). I also tried calling several times and after 30 min, they automatically end your call. Luckily, I was eventually able to resolve the issues myself... after a lot of unnecessary frustration.

If you ever thought you wanted a Peloton but can't stomach the price. Then this is the treadmill you want. Its high tech enough, the cushion is amazing, great for the amateur runner. Best investment I've made in a while!

L’utilisation et principalement pour un usage sportif et personnel. La mise en route de la machine est pas du tout facile , ni, pratique. Je le conseille pas comme produit, puisque le produit est presque sous le contrôle de IFIT.

Most screw holes didn't line up. Almost impossible to put together. Had to use a drill to widen the holes and add washers in order to get it done.
