Molday ION MI-750 - Cell labeling and dual MRI and near infrared imaging agent

Description

Molday ION MI-750 is an iron oxide-based superparamagnetic MRI contrast reagent having a colloidal size of 40 nm. This colloid is specifically designed for cell labeling and then track cells by either MRI or NIR imaging and does not require transfection reagents for efficient cell labeling. This USPIO is cross-linked for stability and labeled with a near infrared dye. Molday ION MI-750 can be visualized by both MRI (T2 imaging agents) or near infrared (NIR ex:750nm/em:777nm). Each bottle contains 1 ml at a 2 mg Fe/ml concentration having a zeta potential of ~ +31 mV.
