I’m 5’5” and 195 lbs. can’t decide on l or xl.

It’s not form fitting at all, so based on your height I’d recommend a large. I’m 5’2 and 130. Bought the small and it’s a bit roomy but worked great for the rainy season in Costa Rica.

I do not know but I wore the jacket twice and the zipper broke. It was about 45 days after purchase and not returnable. Would not recommend this product
