The product really worked ... but the instructions are poor
I got this kit several months ago for my Indian Chieftain, and today was the first time I had to use the product. I've had motorcycles for almost 40 years and had a puncture only once in the all that time -- needing to use one of those old plug kits with glue and CO2 canisters. I bought this kit because it looked durable, the concept (mushroom plug) looked promising and of course... the positive reviews. So today... I was in this little town 70 miles from home for a rest stop and when I left, I was immediately notified by the bike computer that the pressure was less than 19 psi :( I rode back to the gas station, checked the rear tire and sure enough -- there was a small hole but no nail or screw. I got the kit out and the first thing I noticed is the instructions have these very small pictures that accompany the text, crammed into one page -- which are way too small to see what is being discussed. The text is fine but you need good pictures to properly understand the process of the repair. This was one big mistake I made -- I should have reviewed the instructions (and the video) to understand how to use the kit before I actually needed (instead of buying and tossing into the side bag). It's also a mistake the vendor needs to correct -- put larger pictures in the instructions and it will be a lot easier to implement the repair. After 10 mins of fiddling, I finally figured out what to do and the kit worked exactly as I hoped and expected. There were no issues using the silicone plugs and they worked like a champ! I pumped the tire up to 41 psi and watched to ensure it didn't slowly leak (it didn't), then rode home -- the 70+ miles and monitoring the tire pressure screen on the bike -- the tire pressure didn't drop below the 41 psi I put into the tire -- awesome! I think the kit is great, the tools are good quality and the process was easy (once you figure it out). They just need to correct the instructions. And if you do purchase it, make sure you know how to use it before you need it.

Good quality and sturdy & easy to use.
I liked the repair kit. It is very innovative product. Mashroom puncture is good but can be done only in repair shops. That too require complete tyre removal and balancing afterwards. It is time consuming and costly. This kit does that job quickly anywhere. As far as the quality is concern, it is heavy and made up or pure metal. No plastic parts apart from handles. It looks like the kit will have a long life and will be durable.
